"WHO REMEMBERED THE PATIENTS" is a slide-presentation that was published in June 2018 as a follow-on to both the "How to fix Oregon's Interdiction Issues" Presentation and the Pamphlet by 710 Peasants Publishing by the name "Spade & Musket". This presentation can also be given without slide in an informal format. This speaking event covers how a state-run system can be privatized so that people can share and reflect resources, and practice Self Agency".

This presentation synergizes many concepts from history, the present, and the possible future of patient-run, patient-led medical cannabis programs.
