The historic use of hashish is etched in our understanding of the amazing 19th and 20th century artists of the European landscape who adopted many of the hashish norms that were imported from the French Foreign Legions who were returning from epicenters of the world that were central to hashish production and export.
This project would attempt to recreate the "sacred space" that was held to such great esteem within Paris and bring together a hotel, conference center, event space, eatery, tavern, and digital publishing studio. Today, with the use of the internet, it would make entirely too much sense to put a state of the art digital publishing complex inside the facility being that the worlds foremost artists and counter-culturalists will be commencing upon the facility the moment it is finished. To offer a space for collaborations, artistic retreats, and activism projects would make sense and to create a "artist's space" for healing, for artistic unfoldment, and for surrounding yourself with other people who maintain a fluid artistic non-attachment to reality and their art creation.
Video production can actually be a harness-able means to create tremendous additional value and shorten the schedule of profitability.
This project has been partially budgeted with cost analysis and general profit scheme. Schedule of profitability is in the 3-6 year range and there are many add-on values that can shorten that schedule depending on trajectory of National Emancipation of Cannabis with branded products.
