This project encompasses a large farm or ranch facility that has mixed structures and ADA accessible areas for visitors and animals to interface for therapeutic rehabilitation of stress, trauma, and chronic health conditions. This project has three sectors that need project managers: The Farm and Animals and Medical Professionals, The Cultivation Facility and Educational Staff, and the Event Center and Retreat Staff.
This project has been partially budgeted with cost analysis and general profit scheme. Schedule of profitability is in the 2.5-4 year range and there are many add-on values that can shorten that schedule depending on trajectory of National Emancipation of Cannabis with branded products.
