Descheduling Cannabis Escalates to Full Constitutional Right
With the news of hearings taking place in District Court in Sacramento, CA, I couldn't help think of the fact that these are old people, talking about old paradigm arguments when really, Cannabis, with it's lock-and-key-interface with our Endo Cannabinoid System (ECS) should be added to the U.S. Constitution as a plant that should be free to be cultivated and processed, and worshipped in all of it's forms. Every citizen should have the right to a well managed Cannabis farm.
And so we drafted the 28th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution so that we can open up a new paradigm argument that is more in-line with what intelligent people without motives know to be true, that Cannabis is an entheogen and medicinal herb, as well as a study industrial fiber, oil, and textile.
This is one of the many ways that Canna Clatch would like to point out that the Generational Gap in our Society has to be acknowledged and that Generation X and new pupils will not stand for the current themes and patterns that are being perpetuated by the older generations.
This is an Amendment that should have been in our founding document at it's creation, but the Founders did not have the foresight to know that what unscrupulous tactics Americans would take against each other in the name of policy and government.
28th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
Amendment xxv111
A well managed personal farm of Cannabis, being necessary to the security of a free state and the health and wellbeing of the individuals within, the right of the people to be secure in their Cannabis and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue against the cultivation or usage of Cannabis.
The right of the citizens of the United States shall not be denied or abridged by the United States, or by any State, the right to use, ingest, transport, or manufacture Cannabis, Cannabis concentrates or by-products known as Hashish.
Section 1.
Cannabis is to be defined as all plants from the family Cannabaceae including Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, Afghanica, Africanis, Ruderalis, and by the common name “Hemp” and all future variants.
Section 11.
All citizens of the United States shall hereby be observed as “Farmers by Right” and no person shall be abridged their right to utilize their Endo-Cannabinoid System given the inalienable right to practice Cannabis Cultivation, Cannabis Processing, Cannabis Spiritualism and no differentiation between Cannabinoid compounds should be made by the state.
